Our company was founded by Gigi Ferreira of Boise, Idaho. With over 20 years working in the charter airplane industry, she had honed her skills in a variety of back-office services. Gigi found that those administrative services were vitally important for any small business that needed to grow, as well as the charter plane operators and customers she had been serving so well.
She opened Gigi Instructive to fill the needs of businesses that need scalable services. As she noted, “All too often, I see business owners stuck in that in-between place in their growth. They need to hand over roles and duties, but can’t afford capable, full-time staff. They don’t have time to start new projects and aren’t finishing their existing projects.
